Guidelines regarding the cancellation of orders and services.

At The Best Assignment Help, we understand that students' needs or assignment requirements can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our experts who dedicate their time to your academic success.

2. Cancellation Timeline

The possibility of cancellation and the associated refund depend on the timing of your request:

  • Immediate Cancellation: You can cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 2 hours of payment and our expert has not yet started work.
  • Before Expert Assignment: If you cancel before an expert has been assigned to your task, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • After Work Has Commenced: If you cancel after an expert has started working on your assignment, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the expert's time and the research already performed. The remaining balance will be refunded or kept as credit for future orders.

3. Cancellation Due to External Factors

If your assignment is cancelled by your university or the requirement is withdrawn through no fault of your own, please provide proof of the cancellation. We will evaluate these cases individually to offer the maximum possible refund or credit.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once the final draft has been delivered to your email or dashboard. At this stage, you may only request revisions based on our Revision Policy.

6. Refund Disbursement

Approved refunds following a cancellation will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can choose to keep 100% of the funds as a credit for your next assignment with us.
