2. Revision Policy First
Before requesting a refund, students are encouraged to utilize our Unlimited Free Revisions. If the work delivered does not meet the initial instructions provided at the time of order, we will modify the content until it satisfies the original requirements.
Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final assignment.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Late Delivery: If we fail to deliver the work before your specified deadline and the delay makes the work unusable for you. This does not apply if the delay was caused by missing information from the student.
- Plagiarism: If the work contains a plagiarism level higher than the university's allowed threshold (proof via an official Turnitin report is required).
- Failed Assignment: If you receive a failing grade directly resulting from our work. You must provide a copy of the graded assignment and the professor's feedback within 30 days of delivery.
- Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for a single order, the second payment will be refunded immediately upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: Once work has been assigned to an expert and research has commenced, we cannot offer a refund for a simple change of mind.
- Subjective Feedback: Refunds are not granted based on a "not liking the style" if the academic requirements and instructions were met.
- Low Grades (But Not Failing): We guarantee passing and high-quality work, but since grading involves subjective professor bias, we do not offer full refunds for grades that are simply lower than expected (e.g., getting a B instead of an A).
- Delayed Feedback: If a refund or revision is requested after the 7-day post-delivery window without prior notice.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is submitted via email to thebestassignmenthelp@gmail.com, our quality assurance team will investigate the claim within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank's policies.
